The course consists of 4 two-hour sessions held weekly from 7-9 PM, with a bonus of 2 online practice-only sessions monthly.

Lucia’s programs are a great mix of physical and mental exercises. On the mental side, it helped me understand the reasons of my lack of confidence in certain areas.
