Lucia is a very personable and outgoing coach, and her workshops are a mixture of insightful lecturer and fun group activities. Lucia is a very confident and inspiring leadership coach and I decided to join her two-days course to learn how to be a strong leader whilst still leaving space for input and influence from whatever group I am leading. Lucia’s programs are a great mix of physical and mental exercises. On the mental side, it helped me understand the reasons of my lack of confidence in certain areas. On the physical side, her workshops helped me become more aware of my communication styles and improve my presentations skills. Lucia breaks down concepts and exercises very clearly - the day flew by!
Lucia is a great teacher. She brings important concepts to life through examples and engaging exercises which makes things easier to understand and assimilate. In one only workshop I learned more than I expected, particularly about self-awareness, body language and presentation skills.
